Overall responsibility for the further development of digital tenant solutions for SMEs and tax advisors, as well as functional leadership of five international, cross-functional teams with a total of 34 employees from Product, Engineering, UX, and QA. Development and establishment of a structured discovery framework for the systematic identification and validation of user needs (including User Interviews, Support Analysis, Competitor Analysis, Prototyping, and Validation).

Responsibility for consistently user-centric product development as well as for central technical integrations, including the DATEV interface (definition of API requirements, authentication flows, and onboarding process for tax firms) and the integration of the FastBill solution, including authentication, data migration, and automated e-invoicing transfer.

Conception and validation of AI-supported functions for automated document categorization, as well as systematic integration of tax advisor expertise, tenant, and support feedback into valid product concepts before handover to delivery.

Close collaboration with the executive board and management on prioritizing strategic initiatives and reorganizing four teams, including adapting roles, responsibilities, and processes to increase delivery speed.

My work also focused on planning and conducting qualitative and quantitative user studies, structuring and synthesizing user, market, and competitor information, and identifying unmet user needs and new product opportunities.

Functional leadership of the Product Discovery team in the Energy Core Business according to the Double Diamond principle. Responsibility for hypothesis-driven product development based on qualitative and quantitative research methods, data analytics, UX research, and market analyses. Evaluation of opportunities as well as creation of business cases and potential analyses based on relevant data and KPIs. Furthermore, validation of the technical feasibility of UX concepts and close collaboration with Data Science and Engineering to derive concrete work packages for delivery and refinements.

End-to-end product responsibility for digital B2B platforms and self-service onboarding processes with a focus on user-centric, data-driven, and business-relevant solutions. Management of the entire product development process from Product Discovery to Product Delivery in close collaboration with cross-functional teams from Product, UX, Engineering, and Business.

My focus includes establishing and anchoring Product Discovery as a permanent part of product development, analyzing user needs through qualitative and quantitative methods, and deriving viable product decisions. I developed and validated user journeys, personas, wireframes, and usage scenarios, translating them into clear requirements and actionable work packages for the delivery teams.

Additionally, I supported technical integrations and transformation projects, ensured consistent documentation of existing functionalities, and assisted in the development of new portal and onboarding functions.
