Let's stop misusing the term Community Manager.

Building a community isn't about posting a few photos on social media and hoping for a few likes in return.

Building a community is about creating connections. Conversations. Shared hopes. Mutual projects and challenges.

It's about transforming each member of a group so they want to follow you for life and give back what you give them.

This message may seem philosophical, but it's not. There are very concrete ways to make it a reality to help the people who matter to you.
