As Managing Director of STRESSFREI.digital, I am committed to specifically reducing digital stress in companies and promoting healthy, productive ways of working in the digital world. I develop strategies and solutions that relieve employees, create clear digital structures, and strengthen the conscious use of technologies. The goal of my work is to sustainably increase the performance of teams and to support companies in working more efficiently, focused, and future-proof.

As Managing Director of Optik H. Herter GmbH, I was responsible for the strategic and operational management of four optician specialist stores. My focus was on the successful further development of the locations, the optimization of business processes, and the development of high-performing teams. Through clear positioning, consistent customer orientation, and entrepreneurial growth, I succeeded in sustainably strengthening and successfully establishing the company. In 2019, I led the company to a successful exit.

In my role in marketing at Rodenstock, I was involved in the support and further development of eyewear brands. I supported collection planning and accompanied design processes from idea to implementation. I also contributed to the development of marketing concepts and supported their implementation in the market.
