My name is Katja Weiß and I am a freelancer in the field of live communication with a focus on event marketing.

As an experienced project manager in event and live marketing, I turned my dream into reality and founded KAW-Events alongside my work as an employed project manager. I manage B2B and B2C projects in live marketing. My passion is creating experiences that not only impress but also connect in a lasting way. With a keen eye for detail and a view of the big picture, I manage events that evoke emotions and remain memorable.

- Preparation and support (end to end) of an international company's trade fair appearance at LogiMAT. With a focus on live operations and operational execution

- Uffrur!...on the road 2025 with the Landesmuseum Württemberg: Support and conception of several host locations, operational event planning, on-site support

- Gründer*innenwasen 2025 by Startup-Stuttgart at Cannstatter Wasen, where I was responsible for stand operations project management and general project control

- Support in the conception and implementation of a family experience world in Sinsheim (Fern & Funkel)

- Support of the Master Classes at OMR 2025 in Hamburg

- In addition, various trade fair appearances, corporate evening events, festival media center support, conferences, incentives, and much more.
