Preparing for the replacement of the Accounting Manager on SAGE FRP1000 version 9:

- Assisting the manager in defining the scope of her role

- Conducting individual interviews with the team (5 people)

- Creating a timeline for accounting and tax missions

- Presenting a Sage report on RFE and version upgrade to 11

- Regular reporting to management and the accounting firm

Relay management for the departing CFO (1.5 months) and handover of duties to the new CFO; Management of the administrative department (budgets, public procurement, legal, fees, IT) in direct support of the Director General; Budget preparation and monitoring, securing accounting flows and link with the tax authorities, management dashboards; Structuring of incentive fees and collection (user base, invoicing, relations with local authorities/municipalities); Implementation and formalization of cross-functional processes (invoicing, procurement, data management) to ensure reliable operations; Crisis management of a team of approximately 15 people (reorganization, conflict management, public service continuity); Management and monitoring of public procurement; Implementation of team routines (meetings, rituals, shared reporting).
