Supporting students with difficulties has been the core of my teaching experience, with particular attention paid to adapting teaching methods to the specific needs of each individual. My approach is based on individualizing learning: analyzing strengths and weaknesses, setting realistic goals, and proposing concrete strategies to promote sustainable progress.

To make learning French and English motivating, I have implemented interactive and varied activities: practical exercises, role-playing, or digital resources. These tools help anchor language skills in lively and concrete contexts, while stimulating learners' interest and active participation.

My role is not limited to developing technical skills: I also work to strengthen students' self-confidence. Many arrive with apprehension, fear of making mistakes, or a sense of failure. I therefore create a supportive and safe environment where every progress is valued and where the student feels empowered to express themselves. This dynamic contributes not only to improving academic results but also to developing transversal skills such as autonomy, rigor, and oral confidence.

This comprehensive support aims to prepare students for success in both their academic and future professional paths. Whether it's preparing for an exam, improving writing and speaking skills, or gaining the necessary fluency in a university or professional context, my goal is to empower everyone to reach their full potential.

As part of my experience as a French as a Foreign Language teacher, I led courses covering levels A1 to B2, adapting to the needs of learners with diverse backgrounds and specific objectives (academic, university, or professional). My role also involved supervising language practice workshops for levels A2 to B2, promoting oral expression, comprehension, and consolidation of acquired knowledge through collaborative and interactive activities.

A key part of my work was designing tailor-made educational resources, taking into account different teaching contexts, whether in-person or remote. I developed various materials (authentic documents, digital exercises, playful activities, communication simulations) to maintain learner engagement while ensuring the progression of language skills.

Personalized learner support is a central focus of my practice. I place particular importance on monitoring progress, identifying roadblocks, and implementing appropriate strategies to build self-confidence and encourage autonomy. My goal is to guide each learner towards better mastery of French, working in a balanced way on the four language skills (oral and written comprehension, oral and written expression), while connecting them to concrete communication situations.

Through this approach, I have been able to contribute to the development of my students' language skills and foster their academic, social, and professional integration, in a positive and motivating dynamic.

As part of a volunteer commitment, I participated in the preparation and delivery of French courses for adult migrant learners, primarily at levels A1 and A2. The main objective was to enable learners to acquire essential language basics for better integration into their daily lives, both socially and professionally. I designed and led sessions focused on concrete communication situations (introducing oneself, interacting with public services, job searching, understanding simple documents) to make learning directly useful and transferable.

Educational materials were designed in pairs, allowing me to collaborate with other volunteers, share practices, and adapt content based on the group's progress and specific needs. We used authentic documents, interactive activities, and simulations to maintain interest and encourage active learner participation.

I was also responsible for managing and monitoring a group of adults, ensuring a climate of trust and support. The support was not limited to language learning; it also involved supporting learners in their integration journey, valuing their progress, however modest, and strengthening their confidence in their abilities.

This volunteer experience allowed me to develop my teaching skills in a rich and demanding intercultural context, while consolidating my ability to work in a team, be adaptable, and respond to diverse linguistic needs. Above all, it reinforced my conviction that teaching French is a powerful tool for inclusion and empowerment.
