Present in 80 cities, Instant System publishes and markets a "Mobility as a Service" (MaaS) solution for Mobility Organizing Authorities (AOM) and transport operators.

The company was responsible for, among other things, the creation of professional and public applications for the 2024 Olympic Games.

During this assignment, I was integrated into the technical team as an Android developer on the white-label version of their solution, and I subsequently contributed to the maintenance of legacy applications.

The team consisted of:

- 3 Android developers

- 3 iOS developers

- 3 Backend developers

- 2 Designers

- 1 Product Owner

- 1 Scrum Master

Project Methodology: SAFE

📱As an Android developer, I was responsible for:

- Adding features to the product-oriented application.

- Ensuring the product complies with accessibility recommendations.

- Adding client-specific features to legacy applications.

- Bug fixing

- Adapting the application to be compatible with "end to end" testing tools.

Their consumer applications allow for multimodal transport (bus, train, on-demand transport, Vélib, etc.), with real-time management and map displays.

They have several million downloads and hundreds of thousands of daily users internationally.

A world reference for small domestic appliances and professional coffee machines, Groupe SEB is present in nearly 150 countries with a unique portfolio of 35 brands marketed through multi-channel distribution.

Android Developer in the food team, I contributed to the maintenance and addition of features to the group's connected applications.

We worked in an agile manner using the SAFE methodology. In collaboration with many teams such as: backend, design, product, QA, IoT.

The applications allow for viewing recipes, publishing them, as well as synchronizing and controlling them on connected machines.

📱 My responsibilities as an Android developer:

- Refactoring the dozen applications into a single application managing all products.

- Participating in the implementation of the MVI structure.

- Monetizing the application.

- "Gamification" of the product.

- Migrating the "design system" to Compose.

- R&D on tooling (plugins, theme generator, technical watch, tool optimization).

- Java -> Kotlin migration.

- Code sharing and cross-team practices.

- Estimation of costs/time/needs.

- Training for new joiners.

- Increasing code coverage, rationalizing and stabilizing business-related issues.

🎯 My responsibilities as an Android developer:

- Development of an external automatic test generation tool for modules based on reflexivity and boundary values.

- Creation of bash scripts to facilitate hardware configuration and testing.

- Development of communication modules between Kotlin applications and the project's Java core, validating exchanges and events.

- Development of an application for testing and controlling the project's core application.

- Development of a GPS application with user position feedback from military satellites and mobile sensor data.

- Consolidation of dependency tracking and version management in the CI system based on Jenkins.
