Hello everyone, my name is Julien and I have 15 years of experience in specialized recruitment. I support companies in their Talent Acquisition challenges, strategic recruitment, and structuring recruitment processes. I regularly undertake freelance or RPO missions to accelerate recruitment and secure the identification of top talent.

I am involved in the entire end-to-end recruitment process: defining needs with operational teams, writing and posting job ads, advanced sourcing and headhunting, direct approach, candidate screening, conducting interviews, supporting candidates until hiring, and integration follow-up if necessary.

Over the course of my missions, I have developed particular expertise in recruiting profiles in Real Estate (managing agents, property management, social landlords), Construction/Building, Technical Maintenance, and Support Functions, with a strong command of niche markets and direct approach strategies.

I use advanced sourcing tools and methods daily (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS, direct approach, networking) to quickly identify the most relevant profiles.

My approach is results-oriented, pragmatic, and very operational, with a clear objective: to enable companies to quickly recruit the right profiles while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
