Redesign and optimization of an Airtable + GHL system for managing CPF training files.

The project consists of completely restructuring the Airtable base to manage a new multi-training model (a learner can have multiple files), while implementing the associated automations (file creation, status tracking, document generation and retrieval, notifications).
