My vision of the profession

I am passionate about helping each person regain self-confidence, value their experiences, and find new meaning in their professional life.

For me, skills assessment is much more than a guidance tool: it is a lever for personal and professional transformation.

What I do concretely

Preliminary Phase

I conduct a diagnostic interview to understand the beneficiary's needs, expectations, and goals.

I present the skills assessment methodology, its legal framework, and its stages, then I build a personalized support plan with the individual, adapted to their pace and situation.

Investigation Phase

I use psychometric tests and skills questionnaires via Central Test to explore personality dimensions, motivations, and professional aptitudes.

I conduct in-depth interviews to analyze the beneficiary's background, successes, obstacles, and desires.

I help them identify their resources, strengths, and the professional environments that suit them.

Conclusion Phase

I write a clear and structured summary highlighting skills, development paths, and concrete actions to be taken.

I present this summary during a remote restitution interview, where we co-construct a realistic and motivating action plan.

I then provide post-assessment follow-up to support the implementation of the project (training, job search, career change, etc.).

As an online skills assessment consultant at Compétences et Métiers, I support employees, job seekers, and individuals undergoing career changes in analyzing, evaluating, and developing their professional projects. I use digital tools like Central Test for psychometric assessment and Dendreo for administrative and pedagogical tracking of progress.

My Mission

I help each beneficiary to better understand themselves, identify their transferable skills, clarify their motivations, and define a realistic and fulfilling professional project.

My role is to support the individual throughout the skills assessment process, from the initial contact to post-assessment follow-up, in a relationship of listening, kindness, and trust.

I currently collaborate with Edit info and skills to learn, where I have been offering remote skills assessments for one year. Recently, I trained with Agefiph to learn about the rights of people with disabilities in the workplace. I also worked for several years within institutions in Spain, such as the Mundus association and the entrepreneurs of Barcelona, helping individuals explore their skills, professional aspirations, and define fulfilling career goals.

Personalized Support: Through an empathetic and individualized approach, I have guided many clients in discovering their skills, passions, and in formulating professional projects aligned with their aspirations and values.

Profile Analysis: My ability to analyze professional, educational, and personal backgrounds allows me to identify transferable skills and formulate tailored recommendations for personal and professional development.

Knowledge of the Job Market: Constant monitoring of labor market trends allows me to provide informed advice on career opportunities and growing sectors.

Use of Tools and Methodologies: My mastery of assessment tools and specific skills assessment methodologies ensures a structured and effective process. I can also help individuals create a CV, a webpage, a course... on Canva and WIX.
