    The core of my business is 6-month coaching programs. Why 6 months? Because establishing new management reflexes takes time. The director needs to be supported over time, in their real-life situations.

    For the director who wants a confidential space entirely tailored to their reality. 2 sessions per month, on-site or virtual, supplemented by personalized resources, a DISC profile, a 360° feedback, and 24-hour WhatsApp availability.
