I created and developed Sistema Clothes, a brand of eco-responsible clothing sold in Brussels, online, and internationally.
For two years, I managed the entire project, from design to marketing:

Creation & Branding: brand identity, collection design, eco-friendly positioning.

Production: material selection, manufacturing oversight, quality control.

E-commerce & Digital: website development, online sales and logistics management.

Marketing & Communication: content creation, social media strategy, digital campaigns.

This experience allowed me to master all stages of launching and managing a business: from idea to product, from physical sales to e-commerce, with a strong focus on sustainability and customer experience.
