Prevention engineer within a large French insurance brokerage group, I operate in France and internationally on the audit and optimization of risk prevention: fire, security-intrusion, machinery breakdown, property damage, business interruption, environmental civil liability, and occupational health and safety.

I assist companies and local authorities in various sectors (industry, agri-food, ERP, ICPE...) in identifying and assessing their risks, adapting their insurance coverage, and implementing concrete action plans to improve their level of protection.

My expertise covers mastery of APSAD, FM Global, NFPA standards and regulations (ATEX, ICPE, Labor Code, ERP/IGH, environment). I produce and present reports and prevention plans to insurers and clients, and I provide technical support on new projects or refurbishments.

As Head of Department, I managed the safety, technical maintenance, and regulatory compliance of two prestigious cultural sites hosting an international public.

My responsibilities included:

Management of 40 agents and coordination of over 10 specialized service providers (HVAC, electricity, plumbing, fluids, etc.).

Supervision and technical monitoring of buildings, ensuring fire safety, security, and operational continuity.

Management of new construction, renovation, and refurbishment projects, from drafting specifications to work acceptance.

Management of an annual budget of €1.5 million, optimized to maintain a high level of reliability and safety.

Implementation of measures to improve working conditions and reduce environmental impact.

Strict application of current standards and regulations, in liaison with competent authorities.

This role allowed me to combine operational management, technical expertise, and the preservation of unique cultural heritage, in an environment with high quality and reactivity demands.

As the Sole Safety Officer and Technical Maintenance Manager for a first-category shopping center (types M, N, W, PS) and several group ERPs, I ensured the protection of people, property, and the reliability of installations.

My responsibilities included:

Management of fire safety, security, and technical maintenance systems.

Ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations and monitoring mandatory inspections.

Management of safety teams and coordination of technical service providers.

Preparation and participation in safety and accessibility commissions.

Study and supervision of new projects, refurbishments, or technical modifications.

Management of safety and maintenance budgets, with cost optimization.

Significant reduction in shrinkage and improvement of security without budget increase.

Representation of the director before authorities (police, town hall, prefecture, SDIS, DREAL, labor inspectorate, insurance companies).

This position allowed me to combine operational management, technical expertise, and economic performance, in a high-traffic, high-security environment.
