As a Senior Business Consultant in ECM/DMS, I participated in the definition, implementation, and evolution of enterprise document management solutions, aimed at improving the capture, storage, organization, and traceability of corporate information.

I led requirements analysis with different business areas, identifying document management needs, approval workflows, regulatory compliance, and version control. I defined functional models and target processes for the digitalization and optimization of the document lifecycle.

I collaborated with technical teams in the configuration and integration of ECM/DMS platforms with other corporate systems, ensuring information architecture consistency. I also supported change management, user training, and the adoption of implemented solutions, guaranteeing their alignment with organizational efficiency, control, and compliance objectives.
