Implementation of a development and deployment framework for statistical and Machine Learning attributes in Iberia.

Analysis and creation of data visualization dashboards for the Lower Purchase Funnel, as well as analyzing control and pilot groups to validate the launch of new initiatives that would improve final conversion (increase in sales).

I established a data team from scratch, designing and implementing a cloud-based data architecture while recruiting, hiring, and training a diverse team of engineers and data scientists. To foster a collaborative culture, I emphasized continuous learning and innovation. A key achievement was defining the company’s data strategy, which included the implementation of a scalable infrastructure, ensuring data quality and security, and introducing best practices for data governance. I led cross-functional projects and collaborated with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights that drove business growth. One significant contribution was the creation of a rating system to measure expected loss, which combined two Linear Regressions: one to predict the probability of default and another to estimate the loss given default. I continuously improved processes by integrating advanced analytics, machine learning, and emerging technologies to enhance decision-making and data visualization.
