This application allows ministries' projects to be visualized through maps populated by spreadsheet data. For this purpose, two teams were created: one for visualization and a second for data population.

In my case, I was the tech lead for the data population part. For this purpose, I had to:

- Set up a team to build the requested application

- Define the scope of features to be implemented

- Create the code from scratch using TDD

- Train the developer pair in my team

- Adapt the project's direction based on desired evolutions using the Lean programming agile method

This application aimed to completely replace the luxury company's e-commerce website.

To achieve this, I had to:

- Determine the action plan for improving the front and back end

- Collaborate remotely with teams outside of France

- Define and refine user stories in partnership with the client

- Develop the initial components demonstrating the relevant improvements of the new application

This application allows companies offering accommodations like AirBnB or Abritel to tele-declare their tourist taxes to the DGFIP. In this mission, I was sent as an expert to fully develop the application with part-time assistance from the CTO in less than 2 months. Technical environment: Gitlab - Gitlab CI Vue2 Java / Spring boot. In this mission:

- I helped refine the client's needs

- I fully developed the application while maintaining a Software Craftsmanship mindset

- I deployed the application using Scalingo
