Jonathan Saget

Geek, fell into IT when I was young, I chose this passion for my professional career, by going to EPITA, which allowed me to learn how to learn, to understand the technologies I use, to touch on different technologies, ... Developer for 10 years, I have acquired good technical knowledge. For 4 years, I have been doing personal development which has allowed me to extend my human skills (interpersonal, communication, ...), which has allowed me to bring even more added value to my missions.

Today, I like to bring value to my clients and help them achieve their projects. I don't just content myself with being a developer who takes care of his Jira, I see myself more as a partner who wants the project to succeed. To do this, beyond development skills and other related skills such as DevOps (Jenkins, Gitlab, Linux, AWS, ...), I bring human skills.

Knowing how to communicate, adapting one's speech to one's audience, being proactive, presenting and defending one's ideas, while being open to discussion, helping one's colleagues, by helping them to increase their skills on a technology/framework, by doing pair-programming or simply by asking questions about their code (#duck).

Fostering team cohesion through team breakfasts/lunches/snacks, or expanding it with other teams we work with.

I like to have a global vision of the project, which allows me to be proactive on the tasks to be carried out (encouraging my teammates to review merge requests, weekly delivery for staging, creation of the version in Jira after a delivery to input tickets on the correct version, ...).

PS: I prefer backend development (Node.js) but I also do fullstack (Aurelia, React, Vue).
