Jonas Doßmann

I acquired the foundations of my expertise during my studies, initially pursuing Mechanical Engineering (B.Sc.) at TU Berlin and later Lightweight Construction (M.Sc.) with a focus on simulation and design at TU Chemnitz.

During this time, I gained the fundamentals of development with lightweight construction technologies and was already involved in a variety of tasks: for example, design and process development were among them, but I also wrote optimization methods and performed FE analyses.

My career path led me through positions in industry and research in Germany, Europe, and the USA. Here I was active in the fields of aerospace, robotics, batteries, and automotive and rail vehicle construction.

Over a spectrum of more than 15 years, I have dealt with very complex tasks and acquired expert knowledge in development tools, including CATIA, SolidWorks, Inventor, Python, Matlab, and MS Excel.

Of course, I am not standing still here either, but am continuously developing myself further.
