Led the financial data migration for an S/4HANA transformation project, considering the group's accounting stakes and standards.

SAP FICO Corporate Project Manager, responsible for the entire Finance scope, including general accounting, fixed assets, and controlling. Worked on profitability (COPA) topics, specifically defining and implementing derivation rules to ensure detailed profitability analysis by business segment. Managed invoicing and automatic payment processes, and supported logistics teams in a cross-functional environment. Coordinated and worked closely with business, IT, and integrator teams.

SAP Finance (Corporate) Project Manager for the CROWN project, representing the SAP FI/SD scope during integration test validation (SIT) phases. Coordinated with the Microsoft Dynamics (D365) project manager responsible for the watchmaking and jewelry scope, particularly on invoicing and customer master data management, to ensure consistency of flows and processes between environments.

Implemented Dubai e-commerce flows integrated with FI, SD, and CO (COPA) modules for international entities.

Scoped requirements, drafted detailed functional specifications, and managed development in coordination with technical teams.

Designed and implemented an intercompany re-invoicing process for Dubai branches, managing specific developments, coordinating testing phases, and go-live.

Implemented the F111 manual payment process from design to go-live, including hypercare management.
