As part of the deployment of the SunSystems ERP in the group's subsidiaries and their integration, the AFS (Accounting and Financial Systems) Finance Department chose to harmonize and centralize its project management methodologies with the help of Microsoft 365 solutions.

- Analysis of the client's Cloud architecture and security restrictions

- Development of a Teams team structure to manage all AFS projects by country (34 country teams)

- Optimal organization of communication channels with internal clients

- Construction of a structured documentation center via SharePoint available to over 200 users collaborating with the department

- Skill development on Microsoft 365 solutions and monitoring of the various needs of the department's 27 Business Analysts

- Implementation of a reporting tool on support activities via Power BI for management

- Construction and dissemination of the training center via SharePoint and Microsoft Lists

- Creation of an onboarding program for new employees

- Development of an automated project portfolio to facilitate weekly management monitoring

Within Chronopost's Robot Factory, CSM for the group's various robots (La Poste, Geopost, Chronopost)

- Evolution of the professional path for Customer Relationship management

- Monitoring change and support requests for the functionalities of the group's 25 bots (chatbot, callbot, mailbot)

- Monitoring OKR objectives at each sprint review

- Launch of the Speech Analyzer solution to deeply extract conversational data from multiple sources

- Construction of dashboards on customer satisfaction data, operational data, and verbatim analysis

As part of its digital transformation, the group has chosen to migrate all its tools to Microsoft 365 solutions.

My missions as a change management project manager:

- Scoping and introduction of the "Digital Employee Experience" concept to provide each employee with a high-performance digital work environment adapted to their daily needs

- Implementation of a dashboard listing all indicators on the usage and profitability of the group's IT solutions for improved user experience (participation, adoption, satisfaction)

- Establishment of a methodological kit at the start of each new entity or new site (standards and recommendations based on technical and organizational requirements)

- Steering the ambassador network (workshops and support reviews)

- Facilitating training sessions (weekly webcasts, Hello meetings, business workshops)

- Internal communication (digital newsletters and new digital tools)

- Redefinition of the Digital Workplace support strategy

- Management of the resource center
