• Link the families identified and approved in the ICBF databases, prioritizing linking criteria established in the Operating Manual of the We Are Connected Families Modality.

• Implement the family intervention plan, generating the planning of the sessions with the family through pedagogical and didactic strategies and actions.

• Develop family psychosocial support sessions, in accordance with the established booklets and protocols, promoting compliance and socialization of objectives, methodologies and expected results.

• Carry out intervention with the group of families assigned through psychosocial support sessions using the methodology proposed in the protocols for each session.

• Manage and articulate the preferential access of the population targeted by the modality to initiate a care route within the ICBF and/or before public entities, the private sector, social organizations, among others.

• Information, guidance and advice on reconcilable issues of food, visits and custody, affiliation procedures, among others.

• Reception and guidance of the care routes for violation of the rights of children and adolescents.
