I am Jérôme Hugain, passionate about developing emerging markets and managing multicultural sales teams.

With a dual technical and marketing background, I led a sales division in France before creating and developing subsidiaries in Dubai and Johannesburg, with sales offices in Nairobi and Accra.

My experience covers the recruitment, training, and management of sales and technical teams, as well as the animation of distributor and agent networks in over 25 countries in Africa and the Middle East.

I have managed various product ranges: stainless steel, process machines for the food, chemical, wood, and agricultural industries.

My approach is based on a field vision, targeted marketing actions, rigorous business plan and reporting management, and above all, a culture of results and lasting partnerships.
