Web design and Webflow development of a modern and high-performing website and landing page for The Galion Project.

I had the pleasure of assisting the team at all stages of the project, from UX scoping to launch.

🛠️1. Strategic Scoping

- Needs analysis and definition of project objectives.

- Recommendations for content, wording, and information hierarchy.

- Selection of graphic inspirations and planning of planned animations.

- Assistance with data structure and dynamic elements to be integrated via CMS.

Deliverables: functional brief, content plan, mood board, interaction recommendations.

❇️2. UX/UI Design (Figma)

- UX architecture design, user journey, wireframing, and section organization.

- Creation of complete UI design on Figma

- Creation of dashboards, graphics, highlighting data and visuals.

- Collaborative adjustments based on client feedback and design iterations.

Deliverables: Wireframing, desktop web design mock-up, Figma.

- Webflow integration and responsive design of the landing page.

- Setup of CMS Collections for dynamic content management.

- Custom animations and interactions (Webflow Interactions, GSAP, SVG).

- SEO & performance optimization: tagging, loading speed, accessibility, and cross-device testing.

- Configuration and launch.

As part of the redesign and migration of Mata Capital's corporate website to Webflow, I acted as technical lead, responsible for Webflow development, CMS integration, UX/UI web design, Figma mock-up creation, as well as website optimization for responsiveness, performance, and SEO.

I assisted Laure in implementing multilingual features on her showcase site and improving the structure of existing pages.

❇️UX Design & Web Architecture

Integration and duplication of pages for multilingual management (FR → EN). Language settings in Webflow and automatic redirection setup based on country, IP, or browser to ensure the correct version for each user. Verification of correct display of multilingual content on all pages.

⚙️Webflow Development

Development and integration of the language switcher, modifications to Webflow pages, and structural adjustments. Implementation of responsive design to ensure an optimal experience on all devices.

🧩Webflow CMS & Multilingual

Autonomous management of multilingual content using Webflow features. Setup of localization and automatic redirects for a seamless international experience.

🚀Testing & Performance

Comprehensive tests on desktop and mobile to ensure proper navigation and redirection functionality. Overall website optimization for fluidity and responsiveness.
