My new and current challenge is to help build up the design presence through our clients in the Bordeaux Region.

As the lead UX/UI designer my key roles are to :

• Work with the digital Factory's management to translate business requirements into user experience design specifications.

• Build up teams with the required skill sets to match the projects vision and direction.

• Handle all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to the development teams.

• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas.

• Build and Develop the UX/UI practice and mentor/up skill team members in UX/UI design to ensure that consistent design languages are applied across the digital products we deliver.

• Ensure the developpers follow the design guidelines and technical specs

• Present designs and key deliverables to peers and client stakeholders

As a UX and UI designer at Avanade I have conducted more than 70 different projects for more than 30 brands in the fields of aerospace, transport, banking, cosmetics, energy, certifications, government institutions, sports, telecommunications, retail, construction and health. I manage a team of 4 UX/UI designers. My fields of expertise are : Blockchain apps Mobile and desktop apps websites hololens interfaces e-learning platforms intranets logos and graphics of all sorts
