The cafe A/Cafe faced a critical issue: an unstable Wi-Fi network that disrupted their entire payment system. Payment terminals and tablets were affected, slowing down service and regularly blocking transactions.

This mission was carried out in collaboration with Sjaak Monasso (CentralNet IT), who managed the network remotely while I was on-site:

🔹 Comprehensive infrastructure diagnosis: identified excessive ping issues between payment devices and the main network.
🔹 Installed a dedicated access point to stabilize the connection for critical devices.
🔹 Reconfigured each payment terminal and tablet individually via the embedded Lightspeed application, forcing their connection to the new AP and ensuring connection persistence without fallback to the old network.

🚀 Network infrastructure operational, all business equipment functional, service resumed immediately.

Creation of a Custom Online Yoga Platform

Mathilde is an independent yoga instructor. Her platform cost her €50/month + 3% on each sale. It worked, but she didn't own it and it didn't truly represent Mathilde.

I designed and developed a platform in her image, from scratch:

🔹 Before touching any code, I took the time to understand her business, her constraints, and her students. We built the solution together, iteratively.
🔹 Fully custom design: a soft, clean visual identity that reflects her style, unlike her previous platform which offered no personalization options.
🔹 Full-stack development: student portal, admin portal, video and course catalog, homepage, security, subscription and payment management with Stripe.
🔹 Comprehensive administration interface: Mathilde can independently manage her video classes, online courses, students, subscriptions, and even all her website content (text, images, appearance, SEO, legal pages).

🚀 Today, Mathilde has a platform that represents her, which she manages completely autonomously. Zero monthly subscription. Zero commission.

Following a partial sale of their company, Dsides needed to modernize its entire IT infrastructure without any possibility of interruption.

I took charge of their entire IT environment:

🔹 Migration of emails from OVH to Microsoft 365 for the entire team, without downtime, with one-on-one support (reconnecting on Mac, iPhone, reconfiguring email clients).
🔹 Full administration of the Microsoft 365 tenant: access, licenses, account creation/modification, security (2FA), SharePoint.
🔹 Migration from NAS to SharePoint with reorganization adapted to business needs.
🔹 OneDrive configuration on all workstations for permanent synchronization of users' desktops.
🔹 Complete migration of a Slack workspace (channels, conversations, files) to a new environment.
🔹 Deployment and hosting of their internal Python applications (diag.robustesse, philoml): DNS, Git, CI, and code contributions to improve certain features.
🔹 Optimization of their web architecture: consolidation of scattered services (OVH, Infomaniak, Render, Cargo, Webflow) into a single solution to simplify management and reduce costs.
🔹 Daily IT support: workstations, access, incidents, collaborative tools.

Today, I am their single point of contact for IT, responsive, available, and intimately familiar with their environment.
