Project Management

- Led the redesign of our internal training management tool, bridging the gap between development, operations, and sales teams.

- Translated complex business needs into clear requirements, reducing misunderstandings within teams.

- Created visual mockups and prototypes in Miro with a user-centric approach.

- Applied UX/UI principles with business logic to increase user adoption and reduce training time.

Product Development

- Maintained expertise in n8n, Retool, and AI technologies to implement innovative and rapid solutions.

- Documented and optimized workflows, reducing implementation time by approximately 30%.

- Set up testing environments and review processes to improve product quality.

- Developed MVPs using no-code tools and agile practices for faster market validation.

- Utilized JavaScript knowledge and database understanding to collaborate with technical teams.

- Implemented and managed HubSpot workflows (deal pipelines, automation, marketing, data consolidation automation), combined with n8n and Retool to build a complete operational stack.

I had the opportunity to create my own company by joining the resident program at Station F, the world's largest startup campus. Over 9 months, I delivered several end-to-end products, from idea validation to production users, including a store management tool and several mobile and web applications. I progressed significantly in technical skills during this year.

Operating from this environment offered me a complete experimentation ground and pushed me out of my comfort zone by requiring me to manage: product design, development, distribution, and growth strategy.

The program I was part of provided direct access to OpenAI employees, the founder of Finary, and serial entrepreneurs sharing lived operational experience who greatly contributed to my development. I also had access to workshops on social media distribution, product design, and B2C sales that gave me frameworks I immediately applied to my own products.
