Achievement: Implementation of dedicated purchasing processes for fasteners, generating a significant increase in efficiency.

Responsible for transformers and batteries for various projects such as the Philadelphia tramway, the Boston - Washington D.C. high-speed train, and the Vancouver metro. $50 million USD in project spending.

Management of public tender pricing, supplier selection, negotiation, and contracting with internal stakeholders to ensure competitive costs, quality, sustainability, and on-time delivery.

Achievement: $4.2 million USD cost reduction by renegotiating the price indexing formula of an existing contract.

Responsible for all plastic purchasing for the 13 plants in North America. Annual spending of $34 million CAD.

Project management for finding sustainable solutions and suppliers (recyclability, weight reduction, etc.), monthly monitoring of raw material indices (PE, PET), as well as negotiation and contracting. $500,000 USD cost reduction through economies of scale by pooling stretch film purchases.
