My professional background has always been focused on entrepreneurship, from consultant, to commercial court judge, to professional coach.What I am passionate about: exploring, learning, synchronizing, sharing.

I started my career in finance, then founded the Domaine des Entrepreneurs to support entrepreneurial projects. Just before the Covid crisis, a significant realization led me to focus my approach on supporting leaders themselves. I trained in coaching, MBTI, NLP, and many other tools to help leaders develop personally and professionally.

With my partner at HoloLead, we support leaders and management committees in unlocking their full potential and optimizing their collective performance.

Our expertise is based on the integration of psychological types and professional coaching. We offer tailor-made workshops to explore the 16 personality profiles and translate this knowledge into concrete actions in daily professional life.
