Participation in community projects related to LGBTQ+ inclusion, community communication, and diversity awareness. This experience allowed me to strengthen my skills in intercultural communication, project coordination, and community engagement. Main tasks:

• Participate in the organization of community activities and awareness events.

• Assist in preparing content in English for community communication.

• Support coordination between volunteers, participants, and local partners.

• Contribute to disseminating information on LGBTQ+ issues, diversity, and inclusion.

• Participate in collecting and organizing documentary resources.

• Assist in managing registrations, communication with participants, and activity follow-up.
