This project focuses on the digitalization of Deutsche Bahn. The goal is to optimize communication and information display during the maintenance of rail vehicles. Our specially developed software is used for this purpose.

My focus is on designing the interfaces. Further development is user-centered, in close exchange with focus groups through interviews.
The project is considered an internal flagship project of DB.

June 2023 - March 2025 (1 year and 9 months)
The goal of this project was to optimize the conversion rate in one of Germany's leading B2B online shops.

Based on sound A/B tests and qualitative research methods, including user tests and interviews, I systematically improved the shopping experience. A particular focus was on optimizing the self-service area and the checkout process.

In parallel, I developed concepts for AI-powered virtual sales consultants.

3D Showroom
May 2023 - June 2023 (1 month)
In this project, I worked on a 3D showroom. Here I defined the UX and the UI.

The 3D showroom was used to enable customers, such as Siemens, to present products via video conferences. I worked on a feature that allowed videos and PDFs to be shown in the showroom.
The UX had to be optimized here in three-dimensional space.
