- I am 100% reliable. This means I stick to deadlines, always deliver the best possible quality, and show up on time for any meetings or appointments.

- Fairness is one of my core values. This applies to fair pay for me, but also for influencers, VJs, and other subcontractors - it's important to note that fair pay must be fair for all parties - including the client! Therefore, the next point is "transparent communication". We are all human and need to communicate openly with each other if we want a good working relationship. We work in a very flexible, rapidly changing business, and to get the best out of it, good communication and trust are key to success.

- Passion is the keyword why I work as a freelancer. After 10 years of social media marketing, about 8 of which were in agencies, it's important to me that I can implement the projects I'm passionate about. In the past, this was definitely 90% of my projects, but within the economic constraints of an agency, some wonderful projects had to be turned down. Now, I have the freedom to take on the jobs that fulfill me.
