    For Maison Mer, I took charge of theoverall brand creative direction,from defining its positioning to deploying its visual universe and content.

    I designed the complete visual identity:creation of the logo, development of the brand guidelines, and implementation of a coherent graphic system to structure all communication materials. I also created the brand's original illustrations and defined its iconography, anticipating future photo shoots.

    With a focus on social media development,I conceptualized and designed storyboards for video shoots,**then edited short videos** (reels of about 60 seconds) for social platforms. I also performedphoto retouchingto ensure aesthetic consistency across all visuals.

    In parallel,I ensure overall project monitoring and coordination of different stakeholders.This includes briefing and directing the creative team (videographer, community manager), as well as collaborating with the architect responsible for the retail stores. I particularly support them in integrating the branding into the physical spaces to ensure consistency between brand identity and the in-store experience.
