-Developed the Data Governance framework: principles, policies, roles, ownership, management rules, and documentation processes.

-Identified and qualified Data use cases in collaboration with all Swift IT contributors (functional, technical, security, architects).

-Analyzed and scoped the target data platform, including the study of technical components: Kafka, Dataiku, Starburst, Oracle Cloud, repositories, and APIs…

-Mapped the existing architecture, identified flows, dependencies, access vulnerabilities, and proposed a secure target architecture.

-Systematically integrated Swift data security and confidentiality constraints (segmentation, access controls, encryption, authorization management).
