Invested for five years within the Interministerial Directorate for Digitalization (Prime Minister's Services / Ministry of Public Transformation), I have supported
- the development of +15 digital public services (Jeveuxaider.gouv.fr, SantéPsyEtudiant, Histologe…),
- +50 public servants in entrepreneurship within the administration,
- +8 state structures (Ministries of Education, Culture, Higher Education, Territorial Operators) supported
- +10 local authorities in their organizational and digital transformation
- 3 new public incubators established
I also contributed to the development of three government programs, including one dedicated to the Government's priority policies, in support of ministerial cabinets. Its objective was notably to facilitate crisis management (health crisis, war, internal emergency, etc.). In this context, I built and managed a multidisciplinary team (tech, design, dev, bizdev) of +15 people.
Since last March, I have been supporting several structures with a recurring global objective: to help management teams better conceive their organization, structure it, position it in a competitive and/or political market, and ensure that people are in the right place to make the collective succeed.
