Hello, my name is Ilona. I am a facilitator .
My background is in graphic design. I worked on branding at the french leader of ecommerce Vente-Privée and I created adverts for clients such as Procter and Gamble, Disney or Calvin Klein, more other.
After 8 years of art direction, I decided to focus on user experience. I trained for over a year at the best programs in UX Research and Design.
Now, my speciality is problem solving.
I use Design Sprint or Design Thinking to create workshops and I help teams find new ideas.
