Participation in the development of GENIAL Assistant, a legal intelligence solution for lawyers, legal departments, and HR professionals. The project's goal is to facilitate the research, analysis, and production of legal content from expert documentary bases: codes, doctrine, jurisprudence, and editorial content.

My role involves bridging business, legal, product, and technical teams to frame needs, structure use cases, and contribute to the functional design of a reliable, traceable, and professionally usable AI assistant.

Key contributions:

· Scoping of generative AI use cases applied to legal services

· Contribution to the functional design of an assistant based on LLMs and a RAG architecture

· Structuring and qualifying legal corpora to improve response relevance

· Work on document search logic, embeddings, semantic search, and source restitution

· Analysis of the quality of generated responses: relevance, completeness, hallucinations, traceability

· Writing functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria

· Interface between legal experts, editors, Product Owners, data engineers, and AI teams

· Contribution to discussions on human supervision, AI governance, GDPR, and the AI Act

As a Project Manager at Edenred, I led the CRM change management strategy across eight countries: Spain, Belgium, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Finland, Poland, Romania, and Hungary. A key element of my strategy was implementing the Problem Management framework, designed to proactively anticipate, analyze, and resolve CRM evolutions across different markets. By establishing rigorous methodologies such as Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and formalized escalation processes, I significantly reduced system interruptions, improved incident resolution times, and increased user adoption.
