Responsibility for integrated brand campaigns and cross-channel conception (print, web, social, video). Strategic brand management for clients with clearly defined target groups; conceptual and creative quality assurance from idea to delivery. Personnel and functional management of the creative team, management of external service providers, close coordination with project management and clients.

Conception, editing, and production of digital explainer and e-learning formats for public clients and foundations – including the Federal Ministry of Health, the Federal Volunteer Service (BFD), the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ), the Konrad Adenauer Foundation, and the Friedrich Ebert Foundation. Responsibility for brand, content, scriptwriting, copywriting, and project management of digital educational portals and political education campaigns (Federal Agency for Civic Education, EVZ Foundation).

Development of target group-specific educational formats, each based on intensive research, target group analysis, and stakeholder coordination. Management of interdisciplinary teams (editorial, animation, post-production, web development) and mentoring of junior colleagues.
