I work with English-speaking and French-speaking clients on their SEO and analytics strategy. For one of my recent projects, I led the content marketing strategy and technical SEO improvements for a Monegasque real estate company in a hyper-competitive market. I contributed to a 40% user growth between Q1 and Q2 2025, through the creation of a content marketing plan as well as training a copywriter and an SEO specialist.

This year, I was also responsible for the migration of a website involving a rebranding and domain name change, as well as the implementation of analytics and reporting for a UK-based organization. I protected their traffic (domain authority/brand) through a redirection plan and content management that resulted in a 15% YoY user increase.

During this period, I managed and mentored a team of 3 SEO analysts and led the strategic and tactical implementation of SEO for major international clients such as AXA. Under my leadership, my team achieved a35% increase in visits and a 5% increase in revenue YoYacross 10 markets for a leading B2B and B2C cybersecurity solutions company. I used a combination of content gap analysis, international freelance management, and technical recommendations.

I was also at the forefront of process improvement, particularly for technical SEO and content marketing. I implemented monitoring software for scheduled technical checks to prevent negative consequences of unforeseen web developments (e.g., changes in canonical tags, 301 redirects, or robots.txt modifications).

This period was a perfect opportunity to apply the experience gained in my previous role, broaden my knowledge, critical thinking, and business acumen. I was particularly proud of a 395% return on investment (ROI) achieved for a law firm through a combination of SEO, UX, and SEM. Thanks to my excellent technical knowledge, I was also able to support clients of large agencies (iCrossing, Oban International).
