Comutitres is a private subsidiary of Ile-de-France Mobilités, responsible for the operational management of most transport passes in Ile-de-France, such as Navigo Annuel / Mois / Semaine, Imagine R, Solidarité Transport, Navigo Liberté + and Améthyste.

Comutitres operates a shared ticketing system serving nearly 6.7 million public transport network users in the Paris region.

The group comprises approximately 250 employees.

I joined the Operations, Steering, and Infrastructure Projects department as a Cloud Project Director to lead the Move To Cloud AWS 2025 program.

The setup includes:

• 19 operations engineers

• 12 DevOps

• 16 QA

• Technical and functional architects

• Product Owners

• IS Security teams

As **Cloud Project Director**, my responsibilities include:

• Direction of the Move To Cloud AWS 2025 program

• Migration of the main IS (SIG)

• Management of AWS Cloud technical projects

• Workload planning and activity monitoring

• Organization and facilitation of steering committees, project committees, and governance meetings

• Technical designs

• Cross-functional coordination between different teams

- Designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with Ansible, Jenkins, GitLab CI in a DevOps approach to optimize the application development and deployment cycle

- Designing, implementing, and maintaining your Kubernetes clusters

- Migrating to AWS and Kubernetes cloud environments

- Setting up AWS Landing Zones

- Optimizing your operating costs with a FinOps approach

My client is a French media group with a strong online presence.

The group comprises approximately 600 employees.

I joined the IT department to carry out a mission to optimize the AWS infrastructure with a FinOps focus.

The team consisted of:

• 1 AWS architect

• 3 DevOps

• 3 FullStack developers

As an **AWS Cloud Architect**, my responsibilities included:

• Audit of the existing AWS infrastructure

• Definition of a Cloud infrastructure optimization roadmap

• Implementation of KPIs and dashboards for monitoring operating costs

• Design and implementation of AWS infrastructure optimizations in infrastructure as code (Terraform)
