Business Challenges: enabling a restaurateur or hotelier to quickly fill a last-minute absence (extra, replacement, rush hour) while automating the usual heavy administrative burden of temporary work.

Developed Modules:

• Company Area: posting shifts (time slot, position, required qualifications), validating applications, multi-establishment schedule management

• Temporary Worker Area: profile, availability, one-click application, work history, payment tracking

• Matching engine: company ↔ temporary worker based on geographic area, skills, and availability

• Administrative Automation: generating employment contracts, electronic signature, prior declarations, calculating hours, and preparing payments

• Companion Mobile App (WinDev Mobile) for temporary workers: job notifications, time tracking, hour validation

Technical Stack: WinDev / WebDev / WinDev Mobile, SQL Server database, secure client-server architecture.

Approach: iterative development aligned with the project manager's sprints, successive testing with pilot users from the HCR sector, special attention to robustness (volume of temporary workers, seasonal peaks) and ease of use (field UX for non-tech users).
