Active participation in the implementation of Coupa (AP procure-to-pay tool) and SAP S/4HANA, contributing to the standardization and automation of finance processes. Implementation of automations on Excel and Power BI to reduce reporting times and improve cash flow visibility. Coordination with multi-site teams and international Shared Service Centers.

Management of a credit portfolio for a network of distributors and dealers: risk analysis, definition of credit limits, monitoring of outstanding amounts, and coordination with factoring partners. Active participation in the implementation of SAP S/4HANA, contributing to the migration and optimization of credit and AR processes. Development of Power BI tools for real-time monitoring of AR, credit risk, and regional forecasts. Negotiation of credit terms with key clients and establishment of new risk assessment frameworks for several markets.

Supervision of daily collection and AR reconciliation operations for several European markets. Implementation of standardized procedures and aging balance monitoring tools. Close coordination with sales teams and treasury for dispute resolution and DSO optimization.
