The ERRIDD of the European Union is initiating the Second Chance project for the integration or reintegration of vulnerable populations such as young people at risk of dropping out of school, asylum seekers, and persons benefiting from international protection.

The ERRIDD has chosen the association Solidarité Internationale to carry out this project. The missions with the association's management are as follows:

- Oversee the implementation of actions, some of which already exist within the association: domiciliation, access to rights, FLE (French as a Foreign Language), cultural activities, solidarity grocery store, clothing sales;

- Participate in the formalization of business processes in each area;

- Define the IT infrastructure that supports all business and support activities;

- Oversee and participate in the relocation of actions to the new ZAC.

Evolutionary/corrective maintenance and Operations of national applications:

_ Administrative and absence management - Oracle HCM and ZAP by ADP products

- Payroll management - ZADIG/ACEONE by ADP products

Mission:

- Management of activities

* Monitoring of TMA ADP activities

* Monitoring of activities with the business unit (DGARAS)

* Monitoring of activities or projects with other partners including GT (Time management on Horoquartz)

* Updating the activity/project monitoring table for the directorate

Preparation of COSUI meetings, committees, maintaining monitoring tables, following up with partners, etc.

- Management of the project for the impacts of the merger of CDN and Société Générale banks on all HR applications.

- Participation in other projects (Public and private teleworking, Sustainable mobility, impact of the minimum wage increase, Net social amount, ...)

- Business and user support

Incident management

- Creation of essential guides on the ACEONE payroll control product.

Maintenance of the Payroll/Absence Modules of the France GA/Payroll/Absences application (46,000 employees) / Project in scaled agile mode / International context.

• Corrective maintenance

• Evolutionary maintenance

- Training of consultants in business and product (Participation in the creation of the Payroll White Paper)

- Product Referent

- Implementation of the documentation base for payroll operations

- Monitoring of monthly payrolls (with on-call duties)

- Coordination of the use of databases in the HR/Payroll domain

- Project execution

- Level 3 application support: assistance requests & incident management
