Gianni Modolo

Architect graduated from IUAV University of Venice, I work as a freelancer on interior architecture, design, and high-value rehabilitation projects. After more than 25 years with internationally renowned agencies — Renzo Piano Building Workshop, Arte Charpentier, 2Portzamparc, AW2 — I put my expertise to the service of exceptional projects in luxury hospitality, high-end commercial spaces, and private residences.

I manage the entire project cycle: from concept definition to site supervision, including the production of tender documents, detail drawings, FF&E specifications, and coordination of design teams. Accustomed to international environments, I work in French, English, and Italian.

My added value: the ability to understand and embody an artistic director's vision while ensuring technical feasibility and adherence to deadlines — on projects where quality requirements leave no room for approximation.
