For almost a decade, I worked in the pre-development and concept development of one of the world's leading furniture hardware manufacturers. Here, I was not only involved in the development of over 100 patents but also in products that received the iF Design Award and German Design Award.
I found moderating innovation workshops and building and supporting innovation and feedback teams particularly appealing – because real progress happens where ideas meet structured processes.
Today, I support companies in developing productive solutions that not only work but also inspire. My goal is to make innovation tangible, not just a buzzword. And I do this with a passion for detail and a clear focus on the essentials.
