Senior Software Architect with over 20 years of industry experience in building enterprise-ready systems — Banking, Insurance, Logistics, Telecommunications, Automotive, and since 2024, the Social and Healthcare sector. Specializing in three areas that often intersect in regulated environments: Compliance Architecture, Event-Driven Microservices, and On-Premise AI Integration.

Currently (2024–present): Architect and Lead Developer of an on-premise Health Management Platform for a diaconal institution in Germany — approximately 100 active users, go-live May 2026. The project integrates all three focus areas: GDPR Art. 9 for clinical data, BITV/WCAG 2.1 AA as a component property, German labor law compliance (ArbZG, BUrlG, §3 Nr. 26 EStG) as hardcoded rule sets, plus a 13-language platform layer with a custom GPU scheduler for Ollama-based translation.

Methodologically, I have been working with Constitution-Driven Development for 39+ sprints — versioned governance documents as a binding contract for AI-assisted code generation. 120+ targeted Java unit tests, 52 integration tests, TDD pinning against silent-fail bugs.

Stack: Java 21, Spring Boot 3, Apache Kafka, MongoDB, MinIO, Keycloak, Angular 20+ with Signals, Docker Compose, Hetzner Cloud, Ollama. Also proficient in older stacks when needed — Java 8 to 21, JSF/Primefaces, Wildfly/JBoss, AS400 — which is often necessary for migration mandates.

Available for mandates from social and healthcare sector providers, medium-sized businesses with compliance pressure (GDPR, NIS2, industry-specific regulations), and architecture migrations for larger organizations. Residence and tax residency in Spain; mandates primarily remote, with onsite visits in DACH possible in blocks (2–3 days every 4–6 weeks). Available for part-time mandates (10–15 h/week) starting Summer 2026.
