Built the business plan for Alys, a technology combining Conversational AI and Natural Language Processing methods to moni tor the progression of Alzheimer's Disease and empower caregivers to plan their emotional and financial resources. Conducted customer validation and expert interviews to finetune product-market fit and go-to-market strategy, crafted funding pitches, and assembled a board of three medical and business advisors.

Velocity Global Set the direction for a worldwide ecosystem of 225+ partners in 185 countries to meet corporate goals of geographical service delivery and operational excellence. Implemented the Objective and Key Result (OKR) methodology to empower a team of 8 professionals to optimize partner performance and support 100% Year-over-year (YoY) growth.

– Led the merger of 2 global ecosystems of partners inherited from acquisitions through cost, process, and competitive anal ysis. Aligned 100% of partners with corporate contracts, processes, and policies; optimized 75% of redundant partners and cut partner costs by 50% within a year, increasing operational efficiencies and customer satisfaction.
