•Continuous improvement of service practices (writing post-mortems, capitalization, application)

•Definition of the 2025 and 2026 roadmaps for MCO and MCS for the service

•Responsibilities:

o Manage all operations and technical production resources (infrastructure, systems, networks, databases, security, and telecom) of the Group.

o Be responsible for the service and security quality levels as per user expectations across multiple sites and other IT department members.

o Lead and coordinate the operations center's activities to ensure optimal production unit functioning (planning, organization, deadlines, standards...) with teams across multiple sites.
