• Engaged by the Head of Processes, I supported the Product Manager in migrating the Elli Wallbox E-Commerce Shop from Shopify to PIMCore. I collaborated with sales, marketing, customer service, and Wallbox product management to gather requirements for the development team and external design agency. The shop launched on time for Audi, the first OEM-branded shop customer. I also developed the analytics concept and implemented Google Tag Manager. Following the project, I was tasked with utilising the platform for a B2B dealer shop serving international Volkswagen dealers, enabling them to order Wallboxes at wholesale prices. I eventually took the lead on the project after the original project manager departed.
