Redesign the interface of a SaaS software used by the International Federation for Equestrian Sports for creating and managing sports competitions, ranging from club tournaments to the Olympic Games.

The main objective: simplify an existing complex tool, while modernizing the visual experience and ergonomics, to make it clearer, more accessible, and suitable for professional use.

• Aging, unintuitive interface overloaded with information.

• Confusing navigation for untrained users.

• Lack of visual consistency and absence of a design system.

• Creation of a complete UI Kit in Figma to structure all visual elements.

• A clean, hierarchical design focused on the efficiency of professional users, taking into account the significant information load.

🎯 Project Objective

Showcase the solutions offered by Carrefour for employment through its website, highlighting not only its main candidate-recruiter matching solution but also all its complementary services (Influencer Partnerships, Marketing Campaign, E-mailing, Social Networks). The objective was to offer a clear, coherent, and attractive experience to strengthen the visibility and impact of these initiatives with users.
