Carried out assignments for the organization and performance improvement of companies and administrations. Participated in sector studies in the agriculture and agri-food fields. Conducted consulting, diagnostic, and audit assignments in Workplace Health and Safety for all types of companies and administrations. Designed and delivered training on Workplace Health and Safety topics (assessment and prevention of occupational risks, Health and Safety approaches (QVT), prevention of psychosocial risks (RPS), prevention and management of work-related wear and tear, chemical risk prevention, hardship assessment... training for employee representatives on the CSE, Health and Safety referents, referents for sexist behavior and sexual harassment, ... Managed a team of about thirty employees in packaging plants and purchasing centers. Created the purchasing and logistics department from the merger of two producer groups (team building, implementation of work tools, definition of objectives and scope of intervention). Negotiated and applied freight contracts with shipping companies for all West Indian producer groups (annual value of 25 million euros). Improved purchasing conditions for main supplies (purchase prices decreased by an average of 10% in one year). Imported and distributed export banana packaging materials (approximately 15 million euros per year) and agricultural inputs (approximately 10 million euros per year) to group members.

Created the PHYTOCENTER SAS structure. Managed a team of 24 people across the three French overseas departments. Built and installed new facilities compliant with current standards. Conducted research and development of new products (biological or integrated) and new expertise (particularly environmental). Represented the profession with local and national agricultural bodies (member of GREPHY). Designed and implemented large-scale actions for managing the use of plant protection products and training agricultural workers (1500 people trained in 2004). Defended the distribution of SYNGENTA products after the NOVARTIS / ZENECA merger. Increased market share (+20 points) and turnover (+40%). Closed the Martinique garden center (7 people, €1.2M turnover). Defined and implemented marketing and sales strategies for both activities. Directly managed key accounts to regain an acceptable market share with banana and cane grower groups, supermarkets, etc. Streamlined and formalized internal procedures and individual roles. Designed and established performance monitoring dashboards for the activity. Renegotiated collaboration and purchasing terms with main suppliers (Novartis, Zeneca, DuPont de Nemours, Aventis, BASF, Hoechst) for an annual purchasing volume of €3.5M. Ensured liaison and coordination with other company departments and group companies. Closed the Guadeloupe subsidiary (10 people, €1.5M turnover). Provided support to the French Guiana subsidiary as and when necessary.
